Full-screen Message Center

Our latest feature making its debut in general release as of today is full-screen Message Center. Take advantage of the real estate on your desktop or laptop by logging in to FreshLime to manage your customer conversations. Take a look at this blog post for more information!

New SMS Chat Flows for AVA

To provide a better texting experience, we’ve created new flows: Scan 4 Sales and RepConnect Lead Qualifier as well as a Pest Control Industry Scan4Quote flow. These flows collect information to enable better, more specific follow-up for businesses. Combine these flows with a QR code entry point, and you’ve got a great combination!

Minor Update

We added a minor forward-facing fix to message center conversations to help auto-delete empty conversations.
