This version also implements the groundwork for the soon-to-be-released live chat and Google’s Business Messages features. Customers will soon be able to take over conversations from our automated virtual assistant, AVA, as well as communicate with customers who find message their business on from Google.
Page Connections
We’ve also added the ability for you to manage your Google My Business and Facebook page connections right from the mobile app. Under the business profile, you’ll be able to see the connection status of your Google My Business and Facebook business pages and take action accordingly. (Note: Customers need to grant FreshLime access to their Google My Business page in order to see Google reviews in the reviews tab. Reach out to FreshLime customer support for instructions on how to grant access.)
