We’re excited to announce updates to the mobile app. Here’s what’s new:
More Login Options and Self Signup
Now customers can log in with email, Google, Facebook, and Apple as well as create a free account. When creating a new account, customers will be prompted to search for, select, and connect to their Google My Business listing. They will then also be prompted to connect to their Facebook business page as well as send the WebChat code so that it can be placed on their website.
Message Center
This version also implements the groundwork for the soon-to-be-released live chat and Google’s Business Messages features. Customers will soon be able to take over conversations from our automated virtual assistant, AVA, as well as communicate with customers who message their business from Google.
Page Connections
We’ve also added the ability for you to manage your Google My Business and Facebook page connections right from the mobile app. Under the business profile, you’ll be able to see the connection status of your Google My Business and Facebook business pages and take action accordingly. (Note: Customers will experience a delay in seeing Google reviews on the app. Reach out to FreshLime customer support for immediate service.)
