In 2022 FreshLime developed and maintained essential features for interacting, building trust, and deepening relationships with your customers with a focus on leads and sales interactions, and of course, continuous improvement of the FreshLime customer experience. Here is our year in review.

  • This year we released new versions of our mobile app to help you interact with your customers in new ways. Continue the conversation with leads and customers over text to your contacts in Message Center, your mobile phone, or by adding contact information and seeing your New Contact in the Contact Center after the first message is sent.

  • Google Business Message users can see clickable links and shared image links as hyperlinks or preview messages, including customer-sent images.

  • RepConnect launched in 2022 which makes it easier for salespeople to convert leads into sales opportunities. As a lead messaging platform, our RepConnect features instant automated responses from AVA to incoming conversations from leads to capture important details for follow-up so you never miss an opportunity.

  • Briostack and Service Titan integration updates were made to help current and future customers by making them more efficient.

  • New Webchat flows were introduced this year to help our Lawn and Landscaping customers get the information they need to quote customers with the help of AVA making it convenient for high-interest leads and customers. As a result, these customers are able to close more deals quickly and edge out their competitors.

  • New Message Center features were designed to help our businesses join Webchat conversations and identify team members who are handling conversations in Message Center making it faster and easier for teams to interact with their customers.

  • SmartConnect QR-enabled interaction points were introduced and drove online interactions from offline print assets, increased lead collection, enriched content experiences, and customer engagement. Businesses can manage their SmartConnect QR codes and create customized experiences for their customers that create a positive impact on all aspects of their business.

  • When it comes to sales, mobile-first was in focus for 2022. Mobile app improvements tailored experiences for salespeople and teams helping them to focus on what matters most, interactions with high-interest leads and prospects helping them to drive more sales.

  • The Message Center experience was improved throughout the year to provide more detailed insight into messages providing teams with details about the conversation source, and status. For multi-location teams, locations were added to provide another level of detail for handling conversations more effectively.

  • Many of our FreshLime customers benefit from the support of MMS message types in the Message Center. These customers may receive images of issues or documents that allow them to quote services more quickly increasing their sales and revenue. Now Message Center supports ‘.png’, ‘.jpg’, ‘.jpeg’, ‘.gif’, and ‘.vcf’ types of MMS messages. Allowing FreshLime customers to receive MMS messages in Message Center.

  • The power is now in your hands with Account Management features that allow you to manage your billing and subscriptions, User Profiles, and Integrations.
