Billing & Subscription

Now in the FreshLime Web Portal, customers can see and manage their subscription! See payment history, update your credit card, and see notifications for past due billing. Check out this video for more.

 

Contact sync

In addition to integrating with multiple CRMs to pull customer data, FreshLime now has the capability to push customer data to any endpoint based on conversations. As customers have conversations and set a hand raise, we’ll send the name, email, and phone number to the endpoint you specify. For Briostack customers, these customers are sent as leads under the marketing tab. Check out this article for more information.
