Mobile v2.2

We’ve now released the latest version of the FreshLime mobile app to Google Play and the Apple App Store.

WHAT’S HERE?


New ways to interact with customers:

  • Send text messages to contacts from previous conversations in Message Center, from your phone, or by adding their contact information, and see your new contact in Contact Center after the message is sent.

  • See clickable links and shared image links as a hyperlink or preview from messages, including customer-sent images on Google’s Business Messages.

Updated Contact Matching Logic:

  • Customer information is matched on a three-step process to determine if a new contact needs to be created.

  • Contacts are added to Contacts Center even without setting a hand raise.

Additional Updates:

  • Google review responses now have a 4,000-character limit.

  • Other minor UX tweaks and fixes.

RepConnect

We’ve launched RepConnect, a new sales messaging platform that makes it easier for Field Reps to convert homeowners to sales opportunities.

RepConnect is a sales messaging platform that automatically responds to incoming homeowner messages and sends them all to one central message center for convenience. RepConnect is downloaded as part of the FreshLime app on either an iOS or Android smartphone. Homeowners initiate a conversation by scanning a SmartConnect QR Code the Field Reps have left behind on printed materials (door hangers, flyers, etc.) and FreshLime's Automated Virtual Assistant (AVA) responds to all incoming messages. AVA collects information from the homeowner and sends it to the Message Center within the FreshLime app where the Field Rep can follow-up with the highest value opportunities.

Briostack

We have finished updating the Briostack integration for all current and future customers to make it more efficient.

Bug Fixes

We fixed a few issues where internal feedback responses weren’t allowed, confirmation messages on manual review requests weren’t sending, and listing icons on directory pages weren’t appearing.
