Our new look for the web app is going live for all customers today! Check out how you can quickly navigate to our various features using the compact left-side navigation menu. Then dig into our newly redesigned contacts center overview. Select contacts for export or click to see details like invoices and conversations related to that contact.
We’re officially announcing in this release an improved method to connecting your Facebook business page. Now, when you add your Facebook page, that allows us to pull in reviews for you and enables you to respond to them. Head over to the reviews timeline on the web app and manage your linked accounts or view the business profile on the mobile app to connect your Facebook page. (Note: Only one Facebook page per account is supported at this time. Customers who had Facebook connected under our previous authorization method will need to relink their page for reviews and review responses to be available).
