How do I create Custom Responses within Messenger?

Step 1: Login to your FreshLime account. 

Navigate to https://app.freshlime.com/user/login/, enter your login information, and click Login.

Step 2: Access the Messenger Settings page.

Find the user profile icon in the top right corner, and click on the down arrow. This will expand your account settings menu. Click on Messenger Settings.

 

Step 3: Create Custom Responses 

The FreshLime chatbot is set up to provide answers to commonly asked questions about your business. It will also capture name, phone number and email address for people who have questions about price quotes, estimates, billing or account questions or just need general help.

In the custom response section (noted below) you can add your own response to the common questions and the chatbot will deliver these answers when someone asks questions around these topics.

In addition to including a text response, you can also include “chip links” which are presented as clickable buttons in the webchat session. The person chatting can click those buttons and be redirected to the link that you specify.
