The short answer is that you can’t really. Not great news we know, but we have a good reason. Feedback and Reviews are different in that one is private and one is public. You can’t really change that because your customer was the one who decided to write it either publicly or privately.
The majority of your customers are looking at Google and Facebook-- they’re the biggest platforms for reviewing. So while the majority of your reviews will be on those platforms, you don’t want to miss anyone wanting to send you a private message.
We have one little trick for you though: Use your customer comments as testimonials. Maybe someone writes your business a comment raving about your amazing service, timeliness, and reliability. Go ahead and ask them if they would mind if you used their comment as a testimonial on your website. We bet they’d go for it.
