How do I get my customer list to FreshLime?

  • First, we recommend that you save a copy of your list to ensure you have a backup list

  • Export your list from the CRM you are currently using and open in Excel 

  • If you are just using an Excel spreadsheet, simply open your list 

  • Save your file as a CSV 

  • Navigate to “Save As” and name your file. 

  • Under “File Format” choose “CSV” and click save

  • Send your saved CSV to your FreshLime representative
