Our Mobile App, SmartConnect, AVA, and Message Center are central to convenient sales interactions with leads you’re qualifying for sales.

RepConnect for Outside Sales Organizations, Teams, and Reps

How it works

  1. A FreshLime RepConnect account is configured for each responding body of the sales organization; group(s), team(s), or individual(s).

  2. Each agent of the responding sales organization downloads and logs in to the FreshLime mobile app for Android or iOS.

  3. SmartConnect QR-enabled interaction points are implemented on sales collateral for each account; booklets, flyers, business cards, door hangers, etc.

  4. Sales agents leave SmartConnect enabled sales collateral with leads.

  5. Interested leads scan the SmartConnect QR-code or text the published keyword, configured by FreshLime, to the FreshLime number assigned to the account.

  6. AVA responds immediately to incoming texts and collects the message and contact details from the lead then displays this information in the account’s Message Center.

  7. Sales agents are notified in their mobile app and respond when they’re available to high-value leads.

  8. High-value leads may sync to the sales CRM when they initiate an interaction.

Mobile App

RepConnect is for the outside sales rep who is on the go with prospecting activities. The mobile app for Android and iOS allows the rep to stay connected to sales leads until they’re qualified and ready for sales. For those logging in for the first time or who have yet to have a conversation through Message Center, you’ll be greeted by a new screen with instructions for how to send your first message. Type a name or number to get started or search your phone’s contacts to add your first contact.

Once you have conversations in Message Center, you’ll see a blue “compose” button icon in the bottom right corner of the three Message Center tabs. When you click on this icon, you’ll be brought to the screen that allows you to search from recent conversations as well as contacts who have had a past conversation with you, or contact from your phone. If you select a recent conversation, you’ll be brought right to the conversation view in Message Center where you can compose and send our text message.

SmartConnect

To start an interaction with leads add SmartConnect QR-enabled interaction points to your sales collateral. Your lead simply scans the code then AVA, your automated virtual assistant picks immediately up asking for your lead’s intention for the interaction and contact information so that you can be responsive without being immediately available. Now you have everything you need to personalize your first messages and qualify your lead for sales.

AVA

AVA is your automated virtual assistant. AVA automatically responds to incoming SMS messages on your FreshLime business number and SmartConnect interaction points. AVA’s job is to be there when your leads are ready to interact 24/7/365, take a message and collect contact details then deliver the message to Message Center. AVA is always professional and friendly. AVA helps sales teams be more efficient in their prospecting activities with information about the lead that helps them to prioritize high-value leads and qualify them for sales.

Syncing Contacts

Finally, your leads are ready for sales. The FreshLime platform allows you to specify an external endpoint to send contact info after AVA has collected their contact information and the hand-raise is set in Message Center. Setting up your endpoint and token is done at onboarding when your RepConnect account is configured for your team.
