New SMS Chat Flows for AVA
To provide a better texting experience, we've added new chat flows: Scan 4 Sales and RepConnect Lead Qualifier as well as a Pest Control Industry Scan4Quote flow. These flows collect information to enable better, more specific follow-up for businesses.
Minor Updates
We added a minor forward-facing fix to message center conversations to help auto-delete empty conversations.
We also added a separate option for our SmartConnect QR Codes if we need to customize the link.
