Go to the FreshLime web app and log in (app.freshlime.com)
Navigate to the profile settings
Click on “Integration Settings”
Open the SalesRabbit Integration section. We’ll leave this window open while we do a couple of things in SalesRabbit. Don’t worry, we’ll be back to enter the information in here.
In a new window, go to the SalesRabbit web app. (app.salesrabbit.com) and login.
First, click on “Settings” from the left-hand menu
Then click on “Lead Statuses”
Click “new”
Enter in the following text/selections (NOTE: You must enter the name exactly as is written inside the quote marks below):
Name: “Conversation Held”
Abbreviation: “CH”
Status: Active
Color: Olive
Icon: Chat Bubble
Click save.
Then click on “Custom Lead Fields”
Click on “text” three times to add three custom “text” fields.
Enter “flmct” on one, “flcid” on the second, and “flmid” on the third.
Select “Settings” from the left-hand menu.
Select “Connectors”
Click “Create New”
Enter the following Information and click “Save”:
Connector Type: App Connector
Name: “FreshLime Conversation”
Connected to Lead?: Required
Now select “users” from the left-hand menu.
Select your user.
Notice the ending number of the URL. Copy that number.
Go back to your FreshLime window and paste that number in the “User ID” field for the SalesRabbit Integration.
Now go back to the SalesRabbit window and click on “Integrations” and “API” from the left-hand menu. (You may need an admin for this next process).
Click on “API Token” to generate a new api token.
Rename the token to “FreshLime Integration” and click to copy.
Head back over to the FreshLime window and paste your API key into the “API Key” field on the SalesRabbit Integration section.
Click “Authenticate.”
You are now set up and ready to see leads come to SalesHub after they’ve had a conversation. Check out the sample lead we sent:
